Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Database Administrator (DBA) Level 4 to support and manage our enterprise-level Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of deep DBA expertise, with strong skills in Oracle 19c, RAC, Dataguard, RMAN, and Linux-based ASM environments. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Oracle 19c databases in a mission-critical ERP environment.
Manage and configure Oracle RAC and Dataguard Physical Standby for high availability and disaster recovery.
Perform RMAN backup and recovery, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Utilize Data Pump Export/Import, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and ASM on Linux platforms.
Troubleshoot complex database issues, optimizing performance and ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and ERP systems.
Provide clear, concise technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
10+ years with Oracle 19c.
3+ years with Oracle RAC.
3+ years with Dataguard Physical Standby.
10+ years with RMAN backup & recovery.
5+ years with Data Pump (expdp/impdp), OEM, and ASM on Linux.
Strong troubleshooting expertise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years supporting Linux/Unix system administration.
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
3+ years with SQL Server 2019.
