RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Level Project Manager for a remote role.

Summary:
The Senior Level Project Manager is responsible for leading 1 extra-large project or 2-3 medium to large projects concurrently. They are accountable for end-to-end delivery, managing budget, schedule, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk. The Senior Project Manager establishes a delivery operating model to ensure the project delivers with a high degree of efficiency and controls. Strong skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and communication are essential. This role drives projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders, typically including business process transformation and complex technology outcomes.

Job Duties:
* Facilitate project chartering, drive alignment, and set expectations
* Define, baseline, maintain, and communicate schedules
* Create and manage cost budgets and estimates; track and communicate actuals on a defined cadence
* Proactively identify and assess risks; drive appropriate risk responses and ensure closure
* Support teams to resolve issues with urgency and quality
* Develop and execute an effective change control process
* Establish a project governance structure appropriate for project size
* Teach, advocate, and coach others on project management competencies and skillsets
* Optimize frameworks and tools by providing continuous improvement
* Ensure readiness, sustainability, and value realization metrics are in place
* Develop a resource plan with clear roles and responsibilities
* Manage vendor and third-party partners
* Ensure project status updates are clear, concise, timely, and accurate
* Facilitate and lead effective meetings; create and deliver effective written and verbal communication
* Perform conflict resolution and negotiation in a professional manner

REQUIREMENTS:
* B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
* PMP and Agile certifications highly preferred
* 5-10 years of progressive project experience in large, complex initiatives within highly matrixed organizations or management consulting practices
* Experience delivering initiatives leveraging multiple delivery practices & tools
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Experience with portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet & Jira
* Strong understanding of multiple project delivery frameworks and methodologies (waterfall, scrum, kanban)
* Strong knowledge and experience managing complex projects
* Skilled in resource capacity planning, budgeting, and financial management
* Strong planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented and decisive
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills with good judgment
* Strong commitment to teamwork; ability to create loyalty and trust
* Ability to energize people and teams; excels at influencing others
* Driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, rapid execution environment
* Travels less than 5% of the time
* General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
