Position: BA Mortgage
Location: Dallas, Tx(Onsite)
Duration: Long term

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of experience as an analyst in Information Technology.
• Hands on experience in Empower product from configuration, testing, implementation, and migration.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas Texas location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• At least 5 years of recent experience in area of Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.

Preferred Qualifications and Job Functions

• At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies, and experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• At least 8 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business associates.
• Knowledge of Agile and its principles and Data analysis skills
• Analytical, Communication, Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires travel.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
