Lead Solutions Enablement Consultant
Hybrid | Denver, CO (In-office Tues/Wed/Thurs)

What you get to do:

  • Lead Agile software delivery and DevOps teams, ensuring delivery of project scope in line with SOW commitments.

  • Build strong client and internal team relationships, leading cross-functional collaboration and resolving blockers proactively.

  • Manage iterative delivery cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based development environments.

  • Oversee both onshore and offshore team members, ensuring seamless handoffs and sprint continuity.

  • Own and execute project plans, including tracking budgets, managing risks, and facilitating communication across stakeholders.

  • Support client success by aligning delivery practices with business objectives, and contribute to ongoing account planning and commercial discussions.

  • Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5–7+ years of experience managing software delivery or cloud DevOps teams in an Agile, iterative environment.

  • PMP and/or Agile certification required.

  • Proficiency with JIRA and the Microsoft Suite.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills, able to quickly integrate with teams and make immediate impact.

  • High emotional intelligence and collaborative working style.

  • Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise clients, ideally in telco or financial services (preferred, not required).
