Location: MN-St. Paul, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner, you will join Turnberry's Business Agility practice. Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Partner closely with the India-based development team, US-based Technical Product Owner, and US-based Business Product Owners to drive alignment and ensure sprint goals are met
Remove impediments, support team health, and ensure Agile best practices are followed
Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, ensuring smooth collaboration across global teams
Maintain sprint artifacts, track team progress, and promote continuous improvement
Support digital product delivery, helping the team stay focused on building high-quality, customer-centric features
Foster transparency, communication, and accountability across all teams involved in the product lifecycle
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner
Proven experience working with distributed or global development teams
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Able to work effectively across time zones and cultures
Experience supporting teams building customer-facing digital products preferred
Familiarity with Agile metrics, Jira, and related tools
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
