Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful configuration and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage transport requests and maintain documentation for all system changes
- Streamline business processes and optimize SAP FI/CO functionality
- Coordinate with development, testing, and implementation teams to support delivery·
- Participate in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities
- Provide expert input on SAP FI/CO standards and best practices
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing with end-users and internal teams
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data-related discrepancies
- Implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication and innovation
- Apply data-driven insights to improve project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
- Support and mentor team members in their professional growth and technical development
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation
- Certified SAFe 6 Agilist
- Certified SAFe 6 Advanced Scrum Master
- Strong working knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Experience with public sector management and SAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with testing protocols including documentation, integration, and regression testing
- Proven experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
Preferred qualifications:
- SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting
- PMP Certification
- Experience with estimation and planning in SAP project environments
- Knowledge of program and project management principles
- Understanding of risk and scope management best practices
