Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure successful configuration and deployment of SAP FI/CO solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage transport requests and maintain documentation for all system changes
• Streamline business processes and optimize SAP FI/CO functionality
• Coordinate with development, testing, and implementation teams to support delivery·
• Participate in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities
• Provide expert input on SAP FI/CO standards and best practices
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing with end-users and internal teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data-related discrepancies
• Implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance
• Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages open communication and innovation
• Apply data-driven insights to improve project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support and mentor team members in their professional growth and technical development

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation
• Certified SAFe 6 Agilist
• Certified SAFe 6 Advanced Scrum Master
• Strong working knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Experience with public sector management and SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with testing protocols including documentation, integration, and regression testing
• Proven experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively
• This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting
• PMP Certification
• Experience with estimation and planning in SAP project environments
• Knowledge of program and project management principles
• Understanding of risk and scope management best practices
