Job Description

Analyze business requirements and problems, and drive research to design quality technical solutions.

Involved in the full development life cycle for proprietary Cash Management applications.

Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget.

Handle complex problems independently and utilize analytical thinking.

Make judgments and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.

Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems.

May recommend new technologies and methodologies to management for meeting business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities. Remains current with new technologies.

Utilize frameworks such as Spring Framework, SpringBoot, and JPA/Hibernate to facilitate development of Java-based Enterprise applications.

Use of relational databases and query languages for backend development, analysis, and application support/testing (eg. PL/SQL and/or T-SQL).

Utilize CI/CD practices to streamline and accelerate software delivery and software version control tools for tracking and managing changes to software code.

Work in Waterfall and Agile methodologies utilizing related project tracking tools, including Team Foundation Server.

Utilize SWAGGER, SOAPUI, and POSTMAN tools for API/services design, testing, and documentation.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related.

Six (6) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience.

Six (6) years in any occupation with development, engineering, or related experience must include: Design and development of data-driven, highly scalable multi-tier applications in distributed environments; Various software design methodologies including Service Oriented Architecture, Micro Services Architecture, Multi-Layer Architecture, Object-Oriented Analysis, and Design; Programming with Java in an enterprise setting; and Oracle Database experience with stored procedures, triggers, materialized view, and complex queries.
