Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Consultant with strong expertise in Worker s Compensation Insurance to support key business and system initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and ensure effective alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Worker s Compensation Insurance processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, policy, and actuarial teams to identify business impacts and support solution design.
- Work with IT and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, and use cases; support UAT planning and execution.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Worker s Compensation products, policy administration, and claims systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, with at least 3 years focused on Worker s Compensation Insurance.
- Strong understanding of policy lifecycle claims processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
