Overview: <ul> <li>We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and hands-on experience with Conga Apttus.</li> <li>8 to 10 years of business systems analyst experience, including 3+ years dedicated to CLM solutions with strong knowledge of Conga Apttus modules, configurations, data models, and integration points.</li> <li>Proven expertise in contract lifecycle management processes (drafting, approvals, negotiations, e-signature, renewals and obligations management).</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and how CLM integrates with CRM, CPQ and ERP architecture.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze processes, identify improvements and design scalable solutions.</li> <li>Lead requirements workshops and translate complex business needs into clear documentation (business requirements, use cases, process flows, and specifications).</li> <li>Partner with technical teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy and objectives.</li> <li>Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet requirements.</li> <li>Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, including facilitating standups and managing stories.</li> <li>Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams and convey complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.</li> </ul>
