Sr. Data Modeler
On-Site-Houston, TX
12+Month Contract

Overview:
Client is seeking a Data Engineer with a strong data background and hands-on experience in Databricks, with proficiency in PySpark and Python. A total of 8+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain data models

  • Analyze and design data models and lead implementation

  • Support transformation of business data into usable data models

  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business users as needed

Requirements:

  • Preferable hands-on experience in Databricks

  • Strong data background with proficiency in PySpark and Python

  • Overall experience of 8+ years

  • Deeper understanding of data foundation with respect to logical and physical models

  • Ability to support the transformation of business data into usable data models

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, analysts, and business users
