Job Details

Requirements:

  • 4 or more years of experience leading large-scale IT systems development or implementation projects
  • Proficiency in SAP solutions, including ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors
  • Experience in SAP reporting tools and related integration projects
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
  • Experience in project planning, scheduling, and milestone management using enterprise tools
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for managing stakeholders and project teams

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to successful delivery
  • Create detailed project plans covering timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Oversee task allocation, resource utilization, and progress tracking
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement future-state solutions
  • Deliver project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership
  • Gather stakeholder input to guide project decisions and ensure continuous improvement
