Description
Our client is hiring a Director of IT to join their expanding team. This is an onsite position based in East Granby, CT. If you're looking to lead a team and be hands on, this is the role for you.
Some of the responsibilities will be helping with the ERP implementation, working with vendors, and managing the team. You must be willing to take on escalation issues as needed and mentor junior technicians. As the Director of IT you will steer the organization on best practices and implementing the latest and greatest technologies such as AI.

Requirements
- 10 years of ERP experience, netsuite is a major plus
- SQL experience is a plus
- Creating project plans and managing through execution
- Experience with network and servers
- Understanding of APIs and how to integrate into systems
- Managing vendors
