Qualifications & Requirements:

• • We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Application Developer to join our Wireless Provisioning domain, contributing to the modernization of legacy systems into a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture. This role involves full lifecycle development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-performance, scalable, and reliable provisioning systems.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Network, Billing, Field Operations, Architecture, and Product to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, Redis, Kafka, and AWS.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and testing of Wireless Network Provisioning systems.
  • Modernize legacy C++ systems into Kubernetes-based microservices on AWS EKS.
  • Streamline SDLC processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines for agility and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Analyze production issues and lead resolution planning.
  • Ensure architectural integrity, performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Promote Agile best practices and mentor team members.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
  • Drive innovation through automation, open-source integration, and TMForum API adoption.
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Java, Spring, Spring Boot
  • Oracle, PL/SQL, Redis
  • Kafka (MSK or Confluent)
  • AWS (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway)
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps automation
  • Experience with React.js, Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, and Python
  • Deep knowledge of network provisioning, 5G Core, 3GPP standards, and TMForum APIs
  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform, C/C++, Camel, Groovy
  • Familiarity with Kibana, Grafana, New Relic, and application monitoring
  • Exposure to event-driven design, middleware technologies, and distributed systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Certifications in AWS, Agile, or DevOps are a plus
