Our client is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join an established team dedicated to transforming business processes through automation and intuitive user experiences. This role involves architecting and building complex cloud flows, custom connectors, and advanced Power Apps forms to drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will design and deliver solutions that empower teams across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team to present use cases, participate in design reviews, and conduct continuous technical code reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas), enhancing business processes and user interactions.
- Build and optimize complex Power Automate cloud flows, integrating various services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
- Create and manage custom connectors and reusable components to facilitate scalable automation across different platforms.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust, user-friendly solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure that all Power Platform solutions adhere to Role Based Security, compliance standards, and governance protocols.
- Provide documentation, training, and support to users to promote adoption and effective use of implemented solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Platform technologies, best practices, and emerging trends to maintain and enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing advanced Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate flows within enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and integration with Office 365.
- Demonstrated ability to implement complex logic, conditional branching, error handling, and logging in cloud flows.
- Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and web services for seamless integrations.
- Experience in UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive and responsive forms.
- Understanding of Power Platform security models, permissions, and data governance.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400).
- Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $65.00 Hourly
