  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the operational areas to be supported
    • Billing, Registration & Scheduling, or HIM/Coding settings

  • Assigns priority, urgency and severity to service requests/incidents to ensure work is completed according to priority

  • Provides Tier I support via Issue Trak ticketing system and direct end-user support
  • Develops ITS policy/procedure documentation
  • Analyzes, tracks, and resolves reportable issues
  • Develops and maintains required system design, build, and test documents
  • Prioritizes team assigned work to meet deadlines and accomplish assigned tasks
  • Able to manage workload of 6 or more projects at a time while meeting deadlines and providing assistance to team members on other projects

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Business Sciences, Health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine, etc.) or in Information Systems
  • 8+ years experience with EHR or software implementations, specifically EPIC acute clinical modules like ClinDoc, Stork
