Job Details
Required:

- Billing, Registration & Scheduling, or HIM/Coding settings

- Able to integrate planning efforts across systems and across Covenant Health facilities
- Maintain Epic, Sunquest, or other proficiencies in applicable products/modules
Organizational:
- Provides Tier I support via Issue Trak ticketing system and direct end-user support
- Develops ITS policy/procedure documentation
- Analyzes, tracks, and resolves reportable issues
- Develops and maintains required system design, build, and test documents
- Prioritizes team assigned work to meet deadlines and accomplish assigned tasks
- Able to manage workload of 6 or more projects at a time while meeting deadlines and providing assistance to team members on other projects
Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Business Sciences, Health Sciences (Nursing, Medicine, etc.) or in Information Systems
- 8+ years experience with EHR or software implementations, specifically EPIC acute clinical modules like ClinDoc, Stork
