Job Title: SailPoint Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• Administer, configure, manage, and maintain SailPoint Identity Now or IdentityIQ solutions to meet organization's complex IAM needs.
• Manage user identities, roles, and entitlements throughout the user lifecycle, including onboarding, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access revocation.
• Integrate SailPoint with various systems, directories, clients, and applications such as Active Directory, LDAP, Web Applications, Thick clients using connectors or APIs to ensure seamless identity management and access control.
• Define and enforce security and access control policies and rules within SailPoint to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Implement access request workflows, approval processes, and self-service options to streamline access requests and certifications.
• Strong understanding of Information Security and IAM concepts, including Zero-trust, role-based access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization
• Knowledge of cloud identity solutions and integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, and SaaS applications)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that SailPoint solutions are aligned with security and compliance requirements, including standards such as ISO, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, policies, and procedures related to SailPoint implementations.
• Plan and execute SailPoint version upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to the IAM environment.
• Understanding of ITIL framework Change management, release management and service request process
• Provide support for SailPoint-related issues and incidents, including diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users on SailPoint usage and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging IAM technologies, features, innovations and contribute for continuous improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any specialization
• Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ implementation, administration, management, and maintenance
• Any reputed IAM vendor’s certification
• Any SailPoint certification would be an added advantage.

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $70.00/hour - $80.00/hour.
