Passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and tech innovation? A skilled and analytical Business Analyst is needed to support the development and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering teams to define business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and optimize enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of business insight, data analytics, and technical understanding, with experience in Agile environments and a passion for solving complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements or automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear documentation, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Support testing efforts by creating test scenarios and assisting with validation to ensure business goals are met.
- Conduct data analysis using relevant tools to generate insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain documentation in platforms like Jira and Confluence to support transparency and traceability of business needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives through Agile methodologies.
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions that streamline operations such as planning, forecasting, and process run-down.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in Tableau and familiarity with MongoDB.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and DevOps is a plus.
- Experience identifying and documenting automation and AI/ML opportunities is highly desirable.
- Background in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise transformation environments is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
