Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments to join our AI/ML group based in Houston, TX (Onsite). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven teams and is passionate about aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing roadmaps, and delivering impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs.

  • Own and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, technical, UX) to prioritize features and drive product development.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders.

  • Gather user feedback, perform market research, and leverage data for continuous product improvement.

  • Track KPIs/OKRs, ensure product quality, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Proven experience with backlog management, user story writing, and setting priorities based on business value.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven mindset.

  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic team environments.

  • Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile project tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CSPO or PSPO certification (required by client).

  • Experience in digital products, SaaS, or technology-driven companies.

  • Background in user research, A/B testing, and product iteration.

  • Prior experience working within AI/ML teams is a plus.
