The Video Lead will handle setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of live and video-enabled events. This includes ensuring smooth execution of virtual and in-office events, supporting end users, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities-
Configure event layouts, features, and designs based on client specifications

Support and train clients on Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and other streaming platforms

Provide live event support and resolve issues promptly

Escalate critical technical issues to management and recommend solutions
-
Monitor and identify trends or recurring issues in video conferencing setups
-
3 5 years of experience in video conferencing or AV support
-
Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities under pressure
-
Knowledge of virtual event technologies (Zoom, Teams, WebEx)

Familiarity with video codecs, streaming protocols, and basic production concepts
-
Exposure to video equipment (switchers, audio boards, cameras, lighting) is a plus

Basic understanding of information risk and technology frameworks
