Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, programming, and modern web technologies, with a focus on translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a Systems Analyst or similar IT role
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology systems
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Python, Java
- Web Development: Hands-on experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or similar
- Database: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL including:
- Database modelling
- Complex SQL querying
- Performance tuning
- Data migration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- Gathering and documenting system and business requirements
- Writing system specifications and conducting impact analysis
- Understanding of report automation and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
