Solutions Engineer

Full-Time Position

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account executives during customer meetings and demos, clearly articulating the technical benefits of the platform.
  • Provide hands-on technical support post-sale, guiding clients through deployment, configuration, and optimization reviews.
  • Develop solution architectures and detailed specifications that align with customer requirements, including timelines, resources, and scope.
  • Partner with engineering teams to create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilots that showcase product capabilities.
  • Evaluate existing IT/security environments for gaps and recommend improvements that integrate with their cybersecurity solutions.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and operations teams.
  • Deliver engaging product education sessions, including webinars, workshops, and training for both internal and external audiences.
  • Represent at industry events, acting as both a technical advisor and brand ambassador.
  • Anticipate project risks or challenges and develop proactive strategies to keep client implementations on track.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, case studies, and best-practice guides to support broader adoption and enablement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT, networking, or security engineering roles.
  • Prior exposure to the cybersecurity or enterprise software sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong grasp of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-relevant value propositions.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and supporting pre- and post-sales technical activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting to technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to customer challenges.
