Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech lead with a strong background in both the C# .NET ecosystem with MSSQL Server and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). The ideal candidate will have led technical team and provided advanced application support (L3/L4), with a deep understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C# .NET and MSSQL Server
- Develop and maintain web applications using the LAMP stack
- Serve as a Technical Lead, overseeing and mentoring team members and reviewing code and architecture of 2 applications
- Ensure software meets performance, quality, security, and scalability requirements
- Manage and support escalated issues (L3 and L4 support), including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical feedback and recommendations
- Contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing development and support
