Position Overview

As a Lead/Senior Product Owner at ONEngine.ai, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, managing a team of Product Owners, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will oversee the product lifecycle, prioritize features across multiple products, and mentor other Product Owners to deliver high-value solutions. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding Agile teams, and driving innovation in AI-driven SaaS solutions, with a focus on building and maintaining a cohesive product ecosystem that meets market demands. Through leadership, strategic decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure the successful delivery of products that maximize customer value and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, overseeing their work and professional development.

Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap for multiple products.

Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, market insights, and user feedback.

Manage and refine the product backlog across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and strategic focus.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, and data teams to deliver innovative AI SaaS solutions.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, across multiple teams.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.

Establish best practices for product management processes and ensure team adherence.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into actionable product requirements.

Ensure high-quality product delivery, including overseeing user acceptance testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience:

Proven experience leading product teams in SaaS and AI-driven solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing multiple product backlogs.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable tasks.

Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring product managers and owners.

Familiarity with cloud technologies, AI/ML concepts, and SaaS development.

Proficiency with product management tools and data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.

Nice to Haves:

Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO or equivalent).

Experience working with AI and machine learning concepts.
