ROLE: HealthRules Product/Enrollment SMEs
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
- With knowledge of the enrollment process into Medicare Advantage HMO and HMO D-SNP,
- Medicare AEP activities, related to enrollment, member materials/correspondences, benefit configuration
- NYS DOH requirements related to enrollment/disenrollment,
- Validate benefits/premiums/cost shares/deductibles, MOOP are configurate according to PBPs/BPTs
- knowledge/experience with WIPRO's M360 system OR the ability to ensure systems are implemented according to CMS, NYS DOH guidelines
- Develop UAT and SIT scenarios that align with QHP business rules and workflows.
