Role Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineering Specialist to join our team and drive scalable data pipeline development and customer data model enhancements within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role supports real-time personalization and analytics through robust data ingestion, identity resolution, consent management, and audience activation.

We are seeking a Data Engineering Specialist to join our team and drive scalable data pipeline development and customer data model enhancements within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role supports real-time personalization and analytics through robust data ingestion, identity resolution, consent management, and audience activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize XDM schemas, datasets, and dictionaries to support campaign workflows and platform capabilities.
- Integrate data from CRM, web, mobile, and offline sources into AEP for unified customer profiles.
- Enable audience activation across platforms including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and AWS S3.
- Support analytics initiatives using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Build and maintain data pipelines leveraging Adobe WebSDK, Mobile SDK, and Kafka APIs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform products: RTCDP, CJA, and AJO.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics, Digital, IT/Data Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Manage production support, deployments, and continuous optimization of platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- 7-8+ years of experience in data engineering or marketing technology platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
- Deep expertise in identity stitching, consent management, and real-time data activation.
