About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery. This is not a Scrum Master or Project Manager role we need someone deeply rooted in the BABOK framework and capable of driving business analysis efforts across complex systems and cloud environments.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 9 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
- Strong knowledge and application of BABOK principles
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and Agile delivery
- Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and enterprise databases
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud migration projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- CBAP certification
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture
- Experience with DevOps, microservices, and application modernization
- Familiarity with Retail/Manufacturing master data
- Experience in data governance, process improvement, and change management
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Agile teams through all phases of the SDLC
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine requirements
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile best practices
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories
- Perform data analysis and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Support cloud and modernization initiatives with architects and engineers
