Responsibilities:

  • The IT Project Coordinator supports the Integration Lead and Engagement Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking complex IT integration projects.
  • This role is responsible for managing documentation, tracking deliverables, coordinating schedules, and supporting financial and time reporting.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong infrastructure background, the ability to work independently, and a solid understanding of project management tools and techniques.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation including time reporting, estimates, project plans, risk and issue logs.
  • Direct, organize, and control deliverable activities.
  • Assist the Integration Lead in managing work streams within Integration Programs/Projects.
  • Coordinate solution implementations using integration playbooks and delivery guides.
  • Maintain financial, time, and plan reporting.
  • Track execution, order hardware/circuits, and provide internal communication support.
  • Manage milestones, issues, risks, benefits, and costs summaries.
  • Request project resources, escalate blockers, and remove impediments.
  • Track project schedules, resources, and delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate access, assets, and documentation for project teams.
  • Complete assigned project tasks within budget and timeline.
  • Flexible to work in shifts as per project requirements.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • 1 3 years of experience as an IT Project Administrator/Coordinator on complex IT projects.
  • Experience with infrastructure technologies (server, network, IT security, data center).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with financial and time reporting in a project environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and escalate issues when needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and independent work skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Should Have:
  • Exposure to healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of Agile Framework, tools like Rally, ServiceNow, and MS Office Suite.
  • Certifications like PMI-CAPM, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or PSM.
