As a Systems Operations Engineering Consultant, you will play a key role in driving complex, large-scale initiatives that impact the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our systems infrastructure. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and solve multifaceted engineering challenges, applying deep technical expertise and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on complex systems operations engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve large-scale or long-term technical challenges, considering multiple variables including novel or ambiguous factors.
- Apply a deep understanding of systems engineering principles, compliance requirements, and operational best practices to meet project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to align on goals, share insights, and drive strategic outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, sustainable solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional work or consulting engagements
- Military service
- Technical training or education
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and deliver results in high-stakes scenarios.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and operational risk management.
