What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with daily quarry operations, including safety inspections and equipment monitoring
  • Support data collection and analysis for production and quality improvement
  • Participate in environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate with plant and quarry teams on operational projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, efficiency, and productivity

What Are We Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
  • Strong interest in heavy industry, construction materials, or mining operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial settings

Work Environment
This position is based in a cement plant quarry environment. It involves exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required.
