100% Remote / Virtual (EST timezone preferred)

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8-hour shift (e.g., 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
Required: Must Have!
Strong Coax, Fiber, and Iris skills
2+ years fiber splicing drafting experience (Iris or Spatial)
Proficiency with Excel, Word, G-Earth
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Virtual As-Builts Draftsperson to join our production-driven team supporting the Northeast Division.
This is a critical role responsible for accurately drafting fiber and coax network designs, ensuring precise documentation for all lines of business.
Success in this role requires strong technical drafting skills and the ability to work independently in a virtual, queue-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate As-Built drawings for Coax and Fiber network designs.
Work primarily within the Iris drafting platform.
Manage a high-volume production queue, prioritizing work effectively.
Collaborate closely with construction teams to acquire and verify any missing information or discrepancies.
Utilize platforms like P2, Excel, Word, and G-Earth for project documentation and mapping.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Absolute requirement: Proficiency and hands-on experience drafting within the Iris platform.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in fiber splicing drafting (in Iris or Spatial).
Solid knowledge of Coax and Fiber design principles.
Demonstrated ability to be self-driven and manage a production-based workload.
