We are seeking a highly experienced SAFe Scrum Master Lead to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering teams to deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Scrum teams in effectively utilizing Lean-Agile and Scrum practices
- Bridge the gap between product owners and development teams, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront
- Champion self-organization within Scrum and development teams
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Coach Scrum and development teams in identifying and refining Lean-Agile frameworks
- Navigate and resolve conflicts within the team effectively
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset, driving Scrum teams toward higher maturity levels
- Support the product owner by providing ongoing education and guidance
- Champion the adoption of our customized framework and playbook, defining the team's workflow
- Understand scaling framework mechanisms and facilitate seamless integration with Program-level work
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading and coaching multiple Scrum teams
- Solid understanding and experience with SAFe® and/or other scaling Agile frameworks
- Possess relevant Agile certifications from reputable organizations (SAFe®, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Deep knowledge of techniques to address gaps within Scrum methodologies
- Discernment to distinguish between true Scrum principles and extraneous practices
- Ability to bridge academic theory with practical application
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean-Agile practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a laser focus, maintaining composure under pressure
