Description
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to steer the development and growth of our product portfolio in Irvine, California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces ambiguity, and excels at bringing ideas to life through strategic execution. Responsibilities:
Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps that reflect the company's strategic priorities and long-term vision.
Translate high-level vision into actionable user stories, detailed requirements, and execution plans for cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive efficient product delivery and innovation.
Conduct thorough market research and user analysis to refine product positioning and enhance differentiation.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
Promote global collaboration by creating English-first documentation and standards across teams.
Stay informed on emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and Web3, to identify opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, with expertise in software, fintech, blockchain, or AI products.
Proven ability to successfully launch and scale products in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira for backlog grooming and bug tracking.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively with executives, engineers, and external stakeholders.
Experience in startup environments or 0?1 product development is highly desirable.
Deep enthusiasm for cutting-edge technologies and innovation, including blockchain and cryptocurrency.
