Title:

HQDA Air & Missile Defense Analyst

KBR is seeking an Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Mid-level Analyst ideally with Army Air and Missile Defense (AMD) / Air Defense Artillery (ADA) unit assignment or equivalent experience to support and advise the HQDA G3/5/7 DAMO-Fire's leadership concerning AMD issues. This position requires strong oral and written communication skills. DAMO-Fire's mission is to synchronize across the HQDA staff and other key stakeholders in aligning the Army AMD community's efforts across the Army's requirements, resourcing, and acquisition processes. The AMD Analyst position will primarily work individually and as part of a team to complete internal Army actions with key stakeholders, and also work externally with Army, Joint, Office of Secretary of Defense, and other Service staffs in support of the G-3/5/7 DAMO-Fires 2-Star Director, and Army leadership. The

AMD Analyst will:

  • Execute staff actions to support DAMO-Fire's AMD efforts
  • Prepare written products (reports, info papers, executive summaries) to shape and defend Army staff positions
  • Prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders
  • Support and/or lead AMD forums to support, advocate or defend our equities
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Army and/or Joint Staff staffing processes


Desired Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience: 3-7 years AMD/ ADA unit assignment experience
  • Clearance: previous or current Secret clearance required, Top Secret clearance preferred
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills required
