SAIC needs talented individuals to create simulations for testing advanced optical sensors. These simulations must present scenes to optical sensors that duplicate the real-world in real-time. The successful applicant will have great curiosity, motivation and knowledge of a wide variety of topics, including science, optics, computers and even game engines and art. This job will provide the successful applicant with the chance to work on cutting edge technology and to make a real difference in the security of the world, today and tomorrow. This role will report onsite at Eglin AFB.
Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelors in mechanical engineering, computer science or physics.
- Programming skills in C++, and Matlab.
- Effective communications skills and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to learn new skills and expand on them through individual study.
- Ability to multi-task and come up to speed on new tasks quickly.
