Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking talented and adaptable Quality Assurance Engineers (QAEs) to join our stand-alone QA team within the Client Commerce team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the end-to-end quality of our system, including UI and API testing, and building robust test frameworks. Will spend 75% of time doing manual testing, including creating test plans and test cases for performance, regression, and confirmation testing, 25% of time will be spent Develop testing frameworks from scratch for automation tasks.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable with ambiguity and adept at gathering requirements to create and execute detailed test plans and cases.

Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects.
- Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Espresso, and XCUITest to automate test cases.
- Implement API automation using Java and other relevant tools.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of QA experience.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.
- Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases and test plans.
- Strong knowledge of UI automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Espresso, and XCUITest.
- Experience with API automation using Java.
- Experience Building Test Automation frameworks from scratch.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
