AEM Full Stack Developer

Job title: AEM Full Stack Developer
Location:Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Adobe AEM (6.3+) with a strong Java/J2EE background.
• Design and implement AEM building blocks such as templates, components, dialogs, custom widgets, and bundles.
• Integrate AEM with external products, systems, and vendors.
• Utilize Java Content Repository (JCR/OAK), Apache Sling, OSGi, and Apache Felix frameworks.
• Collaborate in full-stack development, including front-end design and back-end logic.
• Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) within AEM.
• Develop modern, responsive, and cross-browser compatible front-end using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, or SASS.
• Apply Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub for efficient development and deployment workflows.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - design, development, testing, and deployment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • AEM 6.3+
  • JCR/OAK, OSGi, and Sling frameworks
  • Touch UI, HTL (HTML Templating Language), and Sling Models
  • Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Content APIs
• Deep understanding of:
  • AEM Templates, Components, Dialogs & Design Dialogs
  • AEM Development & Deployment process
  • AEM Packaging & Auto Deployments
  • AEM Administration & Configuration
• Proficiency in:
  • Core Java, JSP, Servlets
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Apache Web Server and Rewrite Rules
• Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) and integrating them with AEM
