  • Guide cross-functional teams during solution blueprinting, sprint planning, Agile delivery, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Deliver architectural and technical leadership to teams, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Produce architectural documentation, migration blueprints, integration specifications, and technical roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience with OpenText ECM platforms, with strong expertise in OpenText Content Server architecture, customization, and administration.
  • Deep understanding of ECM and DAM concepts, with exposure to modern ECM trends such as GenAI, ECMaaS, and cloud-native ECM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in complex data migrations, including tools, best practices, and cross-platform mapping from systems like OnBase (OCAPI), SharePoint, and ImageRight.
  • Proficient in OpenText API frameworks, including integration, automation, and third-party connectivity.
  • Strong database skills with SQL Server and familiarity with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), object and block storage systems (e.g., S3, Azure Blob, EFSS), and scalable storage architecture.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant architecture at both application and container levels.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, with experience delivering within iterative development cycles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional ECM platforms such as SharePoint, Alfresco, FileNet, Documentum (a strong advantage).

  • Demonstrated experience in ECM product evaluations and digital content transformation roadmaps.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and workshops to executive and technical audiences.
  • Previous consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large public sector organizations.
