Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our healthcare client in Columbus, Ohio. This role focuses on bridging clinical operations with technology to ensure seamless functionality and compliance of electronic medical records and other healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, system optimization, and training staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of electronic medical records and other clinical applications.
Assess existing workflows and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
Manage projects related to new system deployments, upgrades, and software enhancements.
Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clinical staff across multiple care settings.
Ensure accurate system documentation, perform table maintenance, and maintain robust data security protocols.
Stay informed on emerging healthcare technology trends and relevant regulatory requirements.
Facilitate communication between clinical and technical teams to align system functionalities with operational needs.
Requirements
Associate degree in nursing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical systems analysis and support.
Proficiency in healthcare software systems such as MatrixCare, PointClickCare, or Homecare Homebase.
Demonstrated expertise in training, project management, and healthcare operations.
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents.
Solid understanding of system analysis principles and practices.
