Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in core modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Request Management. The ideal candidate will lead the development and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, and CMDB modules.
- Build Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
- Manage CMDB architecture, Discovery, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance.
- Support upgrades, releases, and platform optimization.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Apps, and CMDB best practices.
- Certified CSA (CAD, CIS-ITSM preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
