  • Design, animate, and edit motion graphics sequences using industry-standard tools (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator).
  • Create storyboards and style frames that effectively communicate ideas prior to animation.
  • Translate technical and abstract concepts into visually engaging graphics, infographics, and kinetic typography.
  • Adapt out visual identity and adhere to established brand guidelines across all videos and animations.
  • Incorporate company logos, product imagery, and other assets into motion graphics compositions.
  • Collaborate with scriptwriters and voiceover artists to ensure seamless integration of visuals and audio.
  • Revise motion graphics content based on stakeholder feedback and iterate as necessary to achieve final approval.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design, animation, and video production trends and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all video assets.
  • Export and optimize videos for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
  • Maintain an organized archive of project files, source assets, and completed videos.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • 2+ years' experience in motion graphics design and video production, ideally with a portfolio of short-form informational or explainer videos.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, visual communication, and graphic design fundamentals.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging visual content.
  • Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with audio editing, sound effects, and synchronization of visuals with narration or music.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to producing polished, professional-quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to varying visual styles while maintaining brand consistency.
