Senior Business Analyst CRM / Omni-channel

The role will support the CRM/Omni-Channel team within a Pharmaceutical client. Working knowledge of Commercial Pharmaceutical Operations and CRM in particular will be helpful. Omni-channel experience is also helpful. The Senior Business Analyst needs be able to perform the essential duties and responsibility noted in the requirements listed below:

  • Collect and review business requirements related to CRM process and system support
  • Meet with all stakeholder teams within the organization to gather requirements
  • Document all stakeholder notes and requirements
  • Complete gap analysis on current capabilities versus complete requirements
  • Provide high level Project Management assistance as required
  • Assist architecture team with any design or integration requirements
