Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of power electronic systems and solutions.
- Apply advanced knowledge of power electronics to support product development and innovation.
- Utilize real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS in system design.
- Work with ARM-based microprocessors, particularly STM32, for control and monitoring applications.
- Program and integrate microprocessor peripherals including ADC, I2C, SPI, and CAN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
- Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols such as TCP/IP, ModbTCP, and HTTP
- Participate in technical reviews, system architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in design and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5-10+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on power electronics
- Strong understanding of real-time operating systems (e.g., FreeRTOS)
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M microprocessors, especially STM32
- Expertise in configuring and programming microprocessor peripherals (ADC, I2C, SPI, CAN)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (TCP/IP, ModbTCP, HTTP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
