We are looking for Lead Fullstack Developer for our client in Charlotte, NC
Job Title: Lead Fullstack Developer

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend development of web applications using Java Spring Boot and frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on performance and security.
- Collaborate with Product Managers UX Designers and QA Engineers to deliver highquality features.
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and mentor team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
- Ensure integration with RESTful APIs databases and thirdparty services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- 5 years of experience in frontend development using Angular React or Vuejs
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CICD pipelines Git Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with NoSQL databases MongoDB Cassandra.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
- Prior experience in leading agile teams and managing sprints.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
