Job Details

Piper Companies is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join an industrial manufacturing company. This is fully onsite in the Waukesha or Brookfield, WI area.

Essential Duties of the Project Manager Assistant:
  • Assist Project Managers with various tasks to fulfill project requirements. May serve as contact for Project Manager in their absence.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery of contract deliverables.
  • Perform Order Entry activities for new orders.
  • Obtain, review and update vendor schedules, reports, and manual information.
  • Confirms receipt/shipment of documentation and equipment and assists as necessary in the recording of this information into the purchasing/inventory system.


Qualifications of the Project Manager Assistant:
  • GED, high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
  • Experience in data management tools like Excel or Power BI required.
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Preference to have industrial manufacturing experience.


Compensation for the Project Manager Assistant:
  • $55,000 to $60,000 (based on experience)
  • Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holiday.
