Description
TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and efficient technical support to staff, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and networks. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of patient care and operational excellence that our client is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on desktop support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and administrative operations.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset inventory.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with network infrastructure and IT service management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
