This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a GRC Analyst intern within State Street's Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. What You Will Do:
In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to collect, analyze, and document
  • Support ad-hoc strategic initiativesby assisting the hiring manager across diverse projects, including analysis, automation, reporting, planning, and process optimization.
  • Create and refine executive-level presentationsand reports for senior leadership, requiring strong storytelling skills and visual clarity.
  • Leverage AI tools and prompt engineeringto automate manual tracking tasks, generate insights, and improve reporting workflows.
  • Shadow and learn from the hiring managerto understand resourcing strategies, hiring pipelines, and internal tracking systems for workforce planning.
  • Drive process improvements and manage small-scale projects, with flexibility to align tasks with the intern's strengths and interests.

Education and Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates should be:
  • Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Risk Management, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Business Information Systems, Information Security, or related disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
  • Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
  • Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

PMP / CSM

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 Annual
