Job Details

Local to MI preferred

Responsibilities:
Validate complex parts mappings and catalog relationships across vehicle lines
Ensure catalog semantics align with ISO 23315 and OEM standards
Apply deep knowledge of VIN decoding, part supersession rules, and warranty claim flows
Mentor development teams on 30+ interconnected EPC tables and subtle edge cases
Work directly with product owners and technical teams to enhance catalog accuracy and performance

Required:
10+ years in OEM EPC teams (StarParts, ePER, or equivalent)
Deep understanding of EPC architecture, parts lifecycle, and vehicle servicing logic
Experience with ISO 23315, VIN rules, and warranty workflows
Strong communication skills to explain complex scenarios and guide teams

Nice to have:
Experience leading EPC modernization or transformation projects
Exposure to aftermarket catalogs or multi-brand platforms
Familiarity with data modeling and automotive information systems
