We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams in adopting and scaling Agile practices. The ideal candidate has strong experience coaching multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in enterprise environments.
Required:
9+ years as Agile Coach / Sr. Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe/LeSS)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
