Senior Business Analyst- Candidate must be based at Austin, TX & have prior work experience with State Client(Education Department)

Minimum Requirements:


Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
Documented experience working for or closely with state or local education agency
Documented work experience with Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program
