Myticas Consulting is actively seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead for a high-impact, long-term contract with our client in the natural resources sector. This role is based in Vancouver, BC and follows a hybrid model with 20-30% travel.
The selected candidate will lead the data migration stream as part of an SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can architect, manage, and deliver high-quality data conversion solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA and Ariba data migration stream
- Manage data conversion activities across the full lifecycle: design, build, test, validation, cutover
- Set up data migration technical architecture using Syniti ADMM
- Provide technical direction to the data conversion team
- Collaborate with functional teams to map and transform source data
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation
- Develop and monitor data quality dashboards and pre/post-validation reports
- 5-10 years of SAP MDM/Data Migration experience
- Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Expertise with Syniti ADMM (Advanced Data Migration and Management)
(Candidates with BODS only will be considered after Syniti profiles)
- Experience loading S/4HANA data using IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom methods
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL and data analysis tools
- Proven knowledge of SAP data objects and functional modules:
- FI, CO (Record to Report)
- MM, IM, EWM (Procure to Pay)
- PM, QM, IBP, PS, HR
- Data migration project experience in the Energy or Natural Resources sector
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Syniti ADMM tools:
- Snapshot Management (data extraction)
- Quality Module (profiling, dashboards)
- Syniti Match, Construct, Migrate apps
- Data migration cockpit and LTMOM
- Data orchestration and CDC (Change Data Capture)
- Security features (encryption, masking, user management)
